- Arrangements for installation of bulk utilities supply and individual unit utilities meters
- Provision of bulk utilities administration service contract for disclosure
- Co-ordination with hot water and/or air conditioning plant suppliers
- Facilitation of financing of centralised utilities plant and distribution infrastructure
- Review of waste heat and / or water recovery design opportunities
- Evaluation of major utilities consuming appliance efficiency and utilities management systems
- Consultation with Community Title Managers to match title design with utilities metering
- Compliance checks with local supply authorities on bulk utilities metering standards
- Meetings with new Resident Managers to establish bulk utilities administration procedures
- Initial deregulated electricity, gas and/or telephony/data tenders for the Body Corporate
- Presentations at committee meetings on savings from bulk utilities conversion
- Liaison with trade contractors on bulk utilities supply point quotations
- Arrangements for leasing of bulk supply and individual unit utilities meters
- Facilitating finance for central hot or chilled water plant &/or data/voice routers
- Provision of bulk utilities administration contract and resolution for E/AGM approval
- Co-ordination with Resident Manager on bulk utilities administration procedures
- Compliance checks with local supply authority on bulk utilities metering standards
- Initial deregulated electricity, gas and/or data/telephony tenders for Body Corporate
- Regular reports to Body Corporate Committee on savings achieved
- Switching of utilities on-selling to an alternate ABN to assist with cash-flow
