Ted Youngberg - General Manager
Ted was appointed as General Manager of Silver Asset Services in February 2009.He has a Bachelors Degree in Education, and spent many years with Education Queensland in a broad range of roles in various locations across the state. Ted has been a Facilities Manager for a large Queensland hotels and resorts company, and has had been property manager for apartment buildings in Brisbane. Most recently, he was the Manager - Quality Assurance for Stewart Silver King and Burns, and worked on implementing quality assurance and quality management programs across that organisation. His background in large scale building organisation and management has provided him with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure that the needs of Body Corporate communities with respect to the administration of their bulk utilities billing are met in the most efficient way possible.

Paul Antonelli - Manager, Business Liaison
With over 18 years in the energy industry Paul Antonelli was actively involved in the deregulation and the marketing of the energy and the expansion of the Natural Gas business in South East Queensland. In addition his was involved with the serviced hot water and water heating business with ENERGEX and Allgas Energy and the introduction of Renewable Energy. His invaluable experience in sales and management within the gas and electricity markets has helped him establish a leading reputation within the industry. He has represented APA/AGL/ENERGEX/Allgas on various boards and committees where he has often been invited as a guest speaker and presenter. He has completed Contract Law, Project Management, Presentation and Sales Negotiation courses.

Vanessa Doyle – Manager Utilities Service Delivery
Vanessa has been with Silver Asset Services for over five years as Utilities Service Delivery Manager ensuring timely establishment of utilities on-selling administration schemes for Bodies Corporate and ongoing response to any complex customer billing enquiries that have been escalated through the call centre. Vanessa brings over fifteen years experience in electricity and gas billing in the energy retail sector together with first hand experience in call centre escalated enquiry management. With an in-depth knowledge of utility tariff structures combined with comprehensive operating experience with Body Corporate industry software, Vanessa offers our utility customers the confidence that their bills are accurate and timely with the ability to quickly resolve any escalated issues that they may have.

Dot Hipworth – Utilities Administration Coordinator
Dot has been with Silver Asset Services for over six years as Utilities Administration Coordinator ensuring ongoing liaison with our resident manager and external real estate agent partners to obtain timely and accurate data on tenant changes so as to enable final bills to be produced for departing tenants and utility supply application forms to be provided for incoming tenants.  With attention to detail from her prior teaching career and a self-employed  work ethic, Dot offers our resident managers and external real estate agents a reliable point of contact for all tenancy movement issues.

Trish Thatcher – Business Unit Financials Coordinator
Trish has been working within the SSKB Group for close to ten years and has spent the last four years working with the energy and FM business units initially and now on the consolidated Silver Asset Services company financial reporting. Trish brings over fifteen years accounting experience to the team having worked in the commercial banking sector before moving to the property services industry, first in strata management accounting and now in asset services. With a good understanding of management as well as financial accounting, Trish ensures that opportunities for expense savings and outsourcing are benchmarked against industry standards to ensure our clients are offered competitive pricing without sacrificing service delivery.

Nicola Wilson - Client Care Consultant
Nicola brings over 20 years Administration and Customer service experience to the team and has worked in a variety of industries including Westpac Bank, Air New Zealand, Chartered Accountants and Recruitment Agencies which has allowed her to gather a broad understanding of Administrative and Financial procedures.Nicola is one of our newest employees and is both a valued and respected member of our team. Nicola consistently ensures that all client enquiries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner.
